4.2 The following Terms of Use are the legal basis for orders and browsing on the Site, govern the relationship between the Company and the User, and constitute an agreement in all respects between the Company and all Users of the Site. Every User who places an order and/or makes a purchase through the Site declares and confirms, upon performing the action, that they have read and understood the Terms of Use and agree to all of their provisions and conditions, and that they shall have no claim, demand, or cause of action against the Site and/or Site management and/or the Company and/or any of its partners, directors, employees, or other service providers, in connection with the provisions and conditions of these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to any term of the Terms of Use, please refrain from using the Site.

4.3 These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy published on the Site, form the basis for use of the Site. To view the Site's Privacy Policy in full, click here: https://betterdoglife.com/policies/privacy-policy (hereinafter: "Privacy Policy").

4.4 Only the content of these Terms of Use shall be binding upon the Site and the Company. Where there is a contradiction or discrepancy between these Terms of Use and content appearing elsewhere on the Site or in another location (in this subsection: the "Other Source"), the Terms of Use shall prevail, even if earlier than the Other Source, even if these Terms of Use are referenced in the Other Source, and even if the Other Source is more specific with respect to the relevant subject - all of this only if and to the extent that the Other Source does not expand the rights of the Company and/or the Site or reduce the obligations and/or liability of the Company and/or the Site.

4.5 The Company reserves the right to change (by way of modification, deletion, removal, addition, including the addition of terms) (hereinafter: "Change") the Terms of Use on the Site from time to time, without prior notice and at its discretion. Therefore, the Terms of Use must be reviewed before each use of the Site and/or its systems, and you undertake to do so. Any change to the Terms of Use will take effect immediately upon publication on the Site, and if you do not agree to any change, you must immediately cease use of the Site and/or its services; failure to do so will constitute your express consent to the change.

4.6 These Terms of Use are relevant and apply to any use of the Site by any computer, mobile device, or any other data communication device, whether via the internet or any other network or means of communication, including any channel and/or media in which the Site's content and/or applications appear or will appear, in whole or in part, with necessary modifications.

4.7 It is clarified that the Site's content, systems, and/or applications, in whole or in part, may appear and be presented on the internet and/or any social, communication, or other media, including wired, cellular, television, satellite communication, and/or any other communication means or media; the Terms of Use are relevant and apply, with necessary modifications, to all networks, channels, and/or media in which the Site's content and/or applications appear or will appear.

4.8 The Company reserves the right to charge for use of the Site and/or any product and/or content on the Site, provided that such charges will be published in advance and that you will not be charged without your express consent.

4.9 The provision of any information on your part depends solely on your consent and free will. Please note that you are not obligated to do so. Providing incorrect details, or failing to provide all required details, may prevent you from completing registration or using some of the Site's services, reduce the quality of service provided to you, and impair our ability to contact you when necessary.

4.10 The Site's content, in whole or in part, may be translated into various languages using translation tools; the Company is bound solely by the English language version of the Site's content. Any translation into other languages is for the User's convenience only.

4.11 The invalidity, cancellation, or nullity of any provision of the Terms of Use shall not affect the full validity of all other provisions.

4.12 For the avoidance of doubt, the content of these Terms of Use is in addition to any right granted to the Company under applicable law.

4.13 It is further clarified that wherever in these Terms of Use it is stated or implied that the Company will perform a certain action, make a certain decision, or determine a certain matter, or where the Company is granted, expressly or implicitly, the right, authority, and/or discretion to do so, the Company will act (or decide not to act) at its sole discretion and without any obligation to provide reasons, and the Company's action shall be final and non-appealable.

4.14 It is further clarified that only the Company's computer records regarding actions performed through the Site and/or information published on it shall constitute prima facie evidence of the correctness of such actions and/or information. In any case of contradiction between information published on the Site and information held in the Company's systems, the information held in the Company's systems shall be binding. The Company makes every effort to ensure that the information displayed on the Site is complete and accurate, but it is clarified that inaccuracies or errors may appear in good faith, and the Company shall bear no responsibility arising from or related to them.

4.15 It is emphasized that receiving and sending information in real time through the Site, including viewing and/or using content on the Site, requires an online connection of your computer or end device to the internet. Connection costs are subject to agreements between you and your communications providers, and are your sole responsibility, as are all costs of equipment and communication services, including computers and software, required to connect to the Site.

5. Terms of Website Use & User's Undertakings

5.9 That you are aware that the only way to purchase Products through the Site and become a customer is by agreeing to the Terms of Use, completing the registration and payment process, and receiving the Company's confirmation of completed registration and payment.

5.10 That you are aware that neither the Site nor the Company shall bear any liability for the Products supplied through the Site by the Company to Users, except as provided in these Terms of Use.

5.11 That you are aware and agree that the Site may include links to third-party websites or references to products supplied by third parties; that these links and products are not under our control and we are not responsible for the supply, errors, or quality of such products or any other aspect related to products provided by third parties with whom we or the Site or the supplier have a business relationship.

5.12 That any engagement and/or transaction between you and a third party is subject solely to that third party's terms of use and policies, and is one-sided – between you and that third party – including all matters related to the transaction, including publication of transaction content, payments, product supply, information security, and privacy.

5.13 That all information and/or content on or uploaded to the Site is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company, and the User is prohibited from adding, modifying, editing, copying, distributing, transferring, broadcasting, displaying, performing, duplicating, publishing, licensing, creating derivative works, or selling any item of information, software, content, or products originating from the Site, or from participating in any of the above, except for retrieving data for your personal use only.

5.14 That you will not use the Site and/or the Products offered through it for purposes other than their intended purpose, and will not use them unlawfully or for wrongful purposes, including without limitation the following:

5.14.1 Uploading content and/or information to which you do not have usage rights and/or which do not belong to you and/or which may infringe proprietary rights of any kind (including: copyrights, patents, trademarks, designs, right to privacy, and the like).

5.14.2 Interfering with, disrupting, limiting, or preventing the use of the Site between the Company and/or a third party and other Users and/or third parties.

5.14.3 Uploading content and/or information that constitutes advertising and/or marketing content of any kind, and/or with the intent to publish or distribute it (even if not for profit).

5.14.4 Uploading content and/or information that is inaccurate, false, distorted, misleading, or untrue, or that is likely to harm, insult, defame, slander, threaten, or that may constitute offensive, vulgar, or pornographic material, or material that is prohibited from publication or use.

5.14.5 Uploading content and/or information that may harm the Site and/or other Users, such as malicious software, lines of code, viruses, Trojan horses, or any other software that may impair the normal operation of the Site and/or its use by the Company, other Users, third parties, or systems.

5.14.6 Any use or attempt to use a false password, impersonation of another, or penetration in any way into information and/or data about any third party is strictly prohibited.

5.14.7 Disrupting, slowing, or preventing communication between the Site and the Company and/or its Users and/or any third party, including internal and external communication.

5.14.8 Accessing information you are not authorized to view and/or unlawful access to areas of the Site you are not authorized to enter.

5.14.9 Any form of testing, scanning, data collection, information retrieval, including automated means such as robots, crawlers, or similar tools; including creating databases containing content or information from the Site.

5.15 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prevent any prohibited activity on the Site, without derogating from any other remedy available to it under law.

5.16 The Company makes every effort to monitor the content brought to the Site; however, the Company cannot be responsible for content that was not uploaded by it but by third parties.

5.17 The Company reserves the right to deny access to the Site and/or parts thereof to any User, including registered Users and/or those who have previously used the Site, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

5.18 Without derogating from these Terms of Use, the Company may deny use of the Site, to a User, whether registered or not, or to the general public, in any case where:

5.18.1 A term of the Terms of Use has been breached.

5.18.2 Details that are incorrect, incomplete, or false were provided by a User.

5.18.3 An act or omission has occurred that gives rise to concern about harm to the operator, the Site, the Company's equipment, the Company's data, other Users, and/or third parties.

5.19 The Company may change and/or update, from time to time and at its sole discretion, the structure, appearance, design, scope, and/or availability of the Site, Products, content, and usage options, as well as any other aspect involved – all without obligation to provide prior notice and without affecting existing transactions. It is clarified that changes and/or updates as above will be made, inter alia, taking into account the dynamic nature of the internet and the technological and other changes occurring therein, which by their nature may involve technical and/or other malfunctions, require periods of adjustment and adaptation, and cause inconvenience; you shall have no claims, demands, and/or causes of action against the Company in connection with such changes, updates, or resulting difficulties. The Company may discontinue the operation of the Site, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, discontinue the sale of Products on the Site, in whole or in part, reduce or restrict them, all without prior notice and without affecting existing transactions. The Company will make best efforts to minimize downtime and, where possible, will publish advance notice on the Site.

6. Site Registration

6.1 You confirm and agree that use of the Site's systems and/or applications, including self-service actions, purchase and/or use of Products, access to Site content, updating information, personal details, and/or payment methods, is subject to completing registration on the Site and providing the required personal details during registration, which is done at your initiative and depends solely on your consent and free will.

6.2 Upon registration to the Site, you will receive a username and password enabling you to perform actions, including purchasing additional Products, making payments to the Company, and accessing and updating personal details. Accordingly, you declare and undertake not to transfer and/or pass and/or allow any third party to use the username and password assigned to you, and further undertake to take all measures required to protect these identification details. You confirm and declare that you are aware that the Company shall bear no liability for any harm and/or damage resulting from the use of any User's username, password, and/or secret code by any third party.

7. Unauthorized Use of the Site

No unauthorized use of this Site shall be made. Without derogating from the generality of the above, the following are prohibited:

7.1 Any use in breach of the User's undertakings in clause 5 above.

7.2 Distributing, copying, reproducing, publishing, and/or displaying Site content on other websites or publications in any manner, without the Company's prior written explicit consent, including the prohibition on using Framing and Automated Data Mining Tools.

7.3 Using the Site's and/or Company's logo and/or copyrights and/or any intellectual property of the Site and/or Company without its prior written explicit consent.

8. Use of Information

8.1 You hereby declare, confirm, and agree that any information provided by you through the Site was provided at your initiative, of your own free will, and that the act of entering your data for any action, including registration to the Site, constitutes your express consent to allow the Company and/or anyone on its behalf to use the information in accordance with applicable law, including in matters related to Products, including processing, storing, and using the information, and for other legitimate purposes including statistical processing and improvement of the Products available through the Site.

8.2 You authorize the Company and/or anyone on its behalf to use all information provided by you and/or received about you from third parties, in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

8.3 If during your registration to the Site you separately consented to the Company sending you promotional messages from time to time, such messages will be sent to the contact details you provided.

8.4 Marketing communications from the Company will only be sent to you where you have provided your express consent, or where otherwise permitted by applicable law (for example, where you are an existing customer and the Company relies on the soft opt-in basis permitted under applicable law for similar products). The Company will not share your contact details with unidentified third parties for their own direct marketing purposes without your separate, specific consent to that sharing.

8.5 You may, at any time, withdraw your consent or stop receiving promotional messages by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any such message sent to you, or by contacting us through the Contact Page. Removal from the mailing list will be completed within 5 (five) business days of receipt of your notice.

8.6 You are also entitled to contact us to remove or correct your details in our databases, or to request that your details not be transferred to any third parties, for a limited or permanent period, and we will respond to your notice within 30 (thirty) days.

8.7 Requesting removal from marketing lists or correction of your personal details will not affect your right to use the Site or your account. The Company shall not close or restrict your account solely on the basis of your withdrawal from marketing communications.

8.8 In the event of a purchase through the Site, you agree that the Company will use the payment details you entered to contact the relevant clearing/approving entity in order to verify your identity and to obtain a verification code on your behalf.

8.9 In the event of an order through the Site, you agree and confirm that the Company may contact you using the details entered during registration for the purpose of providing instructions to complete receipt of the Products.

9. Information Security

9.1 The Company employs advanced and customary information security measures consistent with internet industry practice for the type of Products offered on the Site. As long as such measures are in place, the Company shall not be liable for any damage, loss, expense, or loss of any kind that may be caused directly or indirectly as a result of supplying or discontinuing Products, or as a result of omission, disruption, defect, interference, deletion, failure, or data error, or as a result of equipment malfunction or factors beyond the Company's control. The Company shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or deprivation resulting from theft, destruction, or unlawful access to any information on the Site, or from any unlawful conduct by other Users or third parties.

9.2 Since this is an internet environment enabling online transactions, such sites may be targeted by intrusions; therefore, despite our efforts to secure all information, the Company does not warrant that all information on the Site will not be breached and/or accessed by unauthorized third parties.

9.3 Accordingly, you confirm that as long as the Company takes all reasonable information security measures, it shall not be liable for any damage of any kind caused to you (if any) as a result of a breach of its database and/or Site and/or systems and/or computers.

9.4 Payment details and information regarding your payment method are not stored by the Company, and we will not make any unauthorized or unlawful use of such data beyond the purposes for which it was provided to us.

9.5 For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall not be liable for any damage of any kind caused to you, if any, as a result of unauthorized or unlawful use of your credit card or payment method details, resulting from circumstances beyond our control and/or from transmission of details to a credit company and/or online clearing process and/or Force Majeure events and/or third-party breaches and/or loss of information.

9.6 The Company may transfer your personal details to third parties, including but not limited to, where it finds that your actions on the Site violate the Terms of Use, are done for the purpose of committing fraud of any kind, or if it is required to do so by court order, law, or authorized authority directive, or if it faces the threat of legal, criminal, or civil proceedings due to actions you performed on the Site. In such cases, the Company may transfer your details to the party claiming to have been harmed by you or in accordance with court orders. In such a case, the Company shall be entitled to take any proceedings against you.

10. Purchasing Products on the Site

10.1 The purchase process will begin by clicking "Add to Cart", after which the Product can be purchased directly from the cart. You will be required to fill in personal details (buyer details), enter additional information relevant to the requested Product type, including credit card details, and confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Use, upon completion of which a message will appear confirming that the order is complete. In order to ensure an efficient and error-free purchase, please provide all required details in the personal details form accurately. If incorrect details are provided during the purchase, there is no guarantee that the Products will be delivered to the User. Upon completion of the action described in clause 10.1, a confirmation email will be sent to the User confirming completion of the purchase.

10.2 It is clarified that non-receipt of such confirmation for any reason does not detract from the validity of the completed transaction where a completion notification has been received as stated above.

10.3 For the purchase of Products, you may be required by the Company to use a credit card, debit card, and/or payment application. In the case of using a payment card on the Site, you declare and undertake that you are using a payment card that belongs to you, or that you have authorization to use it and to charge its holder. You also authorize the Company to charge the payment card in accordance with the applicable charges from time to time. You acknowledge that failure to meet one or more of the payments constitutes a breach of the purchase agreement and that in such case the Company shall be entitled to all rights, remedies, and relief available to it under these Terms of Use and applicable law, including to immediately cease supply of the Products.

10.4 In the event that the transaction is not approved by the clearing house, credit card company, or any other competent entity authorizing the payment and/or payment method, you will receive appropriate notification from the Company and we will contact you to complete or cancel the transaction.

10.5 It is clarified that supply of the Products may be made directly by the Company or by a third party through the Site.

10.6 Certain Products may be subject to quantity and/or time limitations, at the Company's sole discretion, and future registration may not be available. In any case where a Product is subject to quantity or time limitations, registration will be on a "first come, first served" basis. It is clarified that in some cases, a Product subject to such limitations may appear on the Site as available but in fact be out of stock. In such cases, if you refuse to modify your order, your order (transaction) will be canceled and you will have no claim, demand, and/or cause of action in connection therewith against the Company and/or any third party, subject to the return of all amounts paid on account of the transaction.

10.7 Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save). Certain Products, including the Dog Dental Powder, may be purchased as a subscription. The following terms apply to every subscription:

10.7.1 Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically, and the payment method provided at checkout is charged on each renewal date, at the price and delivery interval shown on the Site and at checkout when the subscription was purchased (for example: 1 tub every 60 days), until the User cancels.

The Company will email the User a reminder of the subscription terms and how to cancel at least once a year while the subscription is active.

10.7.2 Disclosure. The first-order price, the renewal price, the delivery interval and how to cancel are shown on the product or offer page and at checkout, directly next to the button used to place the order, before the order is placed, and are confirmed in the order confirmation email. By placing the order, the User agrees to these automatic renewal terms included in these Terms.

10.7.3 Skip, change or cancel. The User may skip a delivery, change the delivery interval or quantity, or cancel the subscription at any time before the next billing date, online through the "Manage subscription" page in the User’s account at betterdoglife.com/account, or by email to info@betterdoglife.com. There are no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. A cancellation applies to every renewal billed after it is received.

10.7.4 Price changes. The Company may change the price of a subscription for future renewals by giving the User at least 14 days’ notice by email before a renewal is billed at the new price. The notice will state the new price, the date it takes effect and how to cancel. The User may cancel before the new price applies.

10.7.5 Free gifts. Free gifts offered with a subscription (such as Dental Finger Wipes) are included with the first subscription order only, unless the offer states otherwise.

10.7.6 A renewal order that has already been billed may be cancelled free of charge before it ships, in accordance with the Right to Cancel Before Shipment in clause 13.8.

11. Prices

11.1 Prices on the Site are stated in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, prices listed on the Site are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise; import duties, customs fees, and local taxes applicable in the User’s country of delivery are the User’s sole responsibility.

11.2 The prices listed on the Site do not include additional charges where applicable, whether or not related to the requested Product. Where an additional payment is required to receive the Product, you will receive a payment request to complete the transaction.

11.3 The Company may update prices and/or payment methods on the Site, and add, change, or discontinue promotions offered to Site Users, from time to time and without prior notice. Updates will take effect immediately upon publication on the Site.

11.4 The applicable price for a completed purchase is the price displayed on the Site at the time the purchase process is completed and upon receipt of the purchase confirmation email.

11.5 Where a discount percentage is shown in a transaction, the final product price in USD as displayed in the transaction is the binding price. The display of a discount percentage is for convenience only and is rounded using standard rounding rules.

11.6 The Site does not warrant that the prices of Products published on the Site are the lowest available.

11.7 Payment may be subject to various fees charged by the clearing or payment service operators used by the Company. The User bears sole responsibility for paying such fees, in full and on time.

11.8 The Company may discontinue use of any payment method, allow payment by additional means, and apply different payment arrangements to different types of payment cards or other payment methods available on the Site. Payment methods not belonging to the User or lacking required authorization must not be used.

11.9 If the User’s payment card is found to be invalid, or if the Acquirer does not honor the transaction, the Company will contact the User to complete or cancel the transaction. Upon completion of the charge, a confirmation email will be sent to the User specifying the transaction details.

12. Shipping

12.1 The Company will supply the User with the purchased goods in accordance with the delivery terms set out on the Product purchase page.

12.2 The Company may charge shipping fees from Users for delivery of goods purchased on the Site, which may be carried out through various shipping methods, including various distribution companies, at its sole discretion.

12.3 The Company undertakes to deliver purchased Products only to the address entered by the User.

12.4 Delivery terms for Products may change from time to time at the Company's discretion and without prior notice.

12.5 The estimated delivery time for Products is approximately 7–14 business days from the order confirmation. Please note that the day on which the order was placed is not counted within the stated business days.

12.6 If the ordered Product is a customized Product, the estimated delivery time set out in clause 12.5 above shall be extended by an additional 5 (five) business days.

12.7 In the event that the Company delivers to post office branches and/or distribution points, the goods will be deemed as having been delivered to the User upon delivery to such a branch or point, even if the User did not collect the goods and even if the delivery location is not the User's shipping address.

12.8 It is clarified that these terms also apply in cases where the User is entitled to return the goods at the location they received them, and in such cases the User must proceed to a settlement and/or post office branch from which the goods can be sent by post and/or distribution company, and the User shall have no claim against the Company in this regard.

12.9 The Company shall bear no liability for delays in delivery of goods due to events beyond its control, such as malfunctions, delays, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, computer system failures, and/or disruptions to email services. Delays resulting from high order volumes during special sale events are also not the Company's responsibility.

12.10 Delivery times include only "business days", i.e., Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays), with business days ending at 7:00 PM.

12.11 The Company bears no responsibility for delays caused by the shipping company, and in no event shall be responsible for delays due to Force Majeure events and/or other circumstances beyond its control.

12.12 Upon delivery of the Product, the Company and/or its representatives may (but are not required to) request the presence of the cardholder and/or presentation of the cardholder's identification document as a condition of delivery.

12.13 The delivery times above do not apply to goods that are out of stock. In cases where goods listed on the Site are out of stock and this is discovered only after placement of the order, the Company will contact the User and no charge will be made for the missing goods. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall not be obligated to sell the goods, and the User shall have no claim in this regard, provided that the Company refunds any amount paid.

12.14 The User must inspect the goods upon receipt and note any defects, flaws, or discrepancies in writing. Failure to do so upon delivery will be deemed as the goods having been delivered in accordance with the order and in satisfactory condition.

12.15 Inspection of the shipment: The User is required to inspect the contents of the shipment immediately upon receipt and verify that it matches both the order and the invoice. A User who receives a damaged or incorrect product is entitled to contact the Company's customer service, and the Company will arrange a replacement product at its expense, subject to return of the damaged or incorrect product.

13. Cancellation of Transaction and Returns

13.1 This clause governs cancellations, returns, and refunds. Where any provision below conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection law applicable to the User, the more consumer-protective provision shall prevail.

13.2 United States Users

13.2.1 The User may request a return and refund within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Product, as confirmed by the carrier's tracking information.

13.2.2 The Product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with all accessories and tags included, except where the return is due to a defect, damage, or an item that does not match its description (in which case the "Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items" provision below applies).

13.2.3 The Company may deduct a reasonable restocking fee, for returned items that are not in their original, resalable condition, to the extent permitted under the applicable state's consumer protection law.

13.2.4 Once the Company has received and inspected the returned Product and approved the return, the Company will issue a refund to the original payment method, less any restocking fee deducted under clause 13.2.3 (if applicable), within 5–10 business days of such approval. The User acknowledges that the time it takes for a refund to appear on the User's account or statement may vary depending on the User's card issuer, bank, or payment provider, and is outside the Company's control.

13.2.5 Nothing in this clause limits any non-waivable right or remedy available under the consumer protection laws of the User's state of residence, including state-mandated cooling-off periods or warranty rights, which shall apply to the extent required by law.

13.3 General Return Process

13.3.1 The User should contact the Company's customer service through the Site's contact page (betterdoglife.com/pages/contact) to initiate a return and receive return instructions.

13.3.2 The User is responsible for return shipping costs, except: where the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (see the "Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items" provision below), in which case the Company will cover return shipping costs.

13.4 If a User receives a Product that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, the User should contact customer service within a reasonable time of delivery, with photos of the issue where possible. The Company will, at its discretion and subject to the User's applicable statutory rights, provide a free replacement, a full refund, or store credit, and will cover the cost of return shipping for such items.

13.5 For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or withdrawal unless defective or non-conforming: used or worn Products that show signs of use by an animal, items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase, and gift cards.

13.6 The Company does not process direct exchanges (e.g., for a different size or color). Users wishing to exchange a Product should return it in accordance with this clause and place a new order for the desired item.

13.7 If a User has not received a refund within the expected timeframe, they should first check their bank or card issuer's statement, as posting times vary, and then contact their card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted. If a refund has still not been received after these steps, the User should contact the Company's customer service.

13.8 Right to Cancel Before Shipment: Any User may cancel an order, free of charge, at any time before the order has shipped, by contacting customer service. Once an order has shipped, the return processes described above apply.

13.9 Cancellation by the Company:

Without derogating from the above, the Company may cancel or refuse to process an order, including but not limited to, in the following cases:

13.9.1 The ordered Product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable.

13.9.2 The User's payment is declined, reversed, or flagged as fraudulent.

13.9.3 The User provided inaccurate, incomplete, or false information at checkout.

13.9.4 The User breached a term of these Terms of Use.

13.9.5 A manifest pricing or description error occurred on the Site due to a technical or human error made in good faith.

13.9.6 Delivery is restricted or prohibited to the User's location.

13.10 Where the Company cancels an order, the User will be notified by email and any amount already charged will be refunded in full to the original payment method without undue delay.

13.11 For questions regarding a return or cancellation, Users may contact the Company through betterdoglife.com/pages/contact or track an existing order at betterdoglife.com/pages/track-my-order.

13.12 Dog Dental Powder – 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. In addition to the rights above, the following guarantee applies to the Dog Dental Powder and prevails over clauses 13.2.1–13.2.4, 13.3.2 and 13.5 to the extent they are less favorable to the User:

13.12.1 How long. The User may request a refund within 90 days of the delivery date of the User’s first Dog Dental Powder order, as shown in the carrier’s tracking information, or, if that information is unavailable, in the Company’s delivery records.

13.12.2 Opened products. The guarantee applies even if the jar has been opened, partly used or emptied. No return of the product is required, and the User does not pay any return shipping.

13.12.3 What is covered. The User’s first Dog Dental Powder order and every Dog Dental Powder order charged to the User up to the end of that 90-day period, including subscription renewals billed within that period. The refund includes the product price only, and not the original shipping charge. Free gifts may be kept. Shipping Protection, where purchased, is not refunded.

13.12.4 How to claim. Email info@betterdoglife.com with the order number. The Company will confirm by email and issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of the request; the time for the refund to appear depends on the User’s bank or card issuer.

13.12.5 Subscriptions. When a refund is issued under this guarantee, the User’s active Dog Dental Powder subscription is cancelled, so no further renewals are charged. The refund confirmation email will state that the subscription has been cancelled. The User may start a new subscription at any time, but orders under a new subscription are not covered by this guarantee.

13.12.6 Limit. One claim under this guarantee per customer and per shipping address. Orders charged after the 90-day period are not covered by this guarantee but may be skipped or cancelled at any time before billing in accordance with clause 10.7.

14. Company's Liability

14.1 The Company hereby clarifies to the User that all information published on the Site regarding Products is for general informational purposes only. The Company emphasizes to the User that it is their duty, before use, to inspect the product’s packaging and guidelines prior to use, as it may affect the User’s dog or pet in various ways.

14.2 The effectiveness of the harness, the Dog Dental Powder and other Products, including comfort, pulling reduction, behavioral improvement, breath freshness, or plaque build-up, may vary from animal to animal and depends on many factors, including the dog’s size, breed, temperament, training history, and other external factors. Use of the Product does not guarantee a specific result or uniform effect.

14.3 The harness, leashes, collars and other accessories are physical dog accessories and are not veterinary treatments or medical products. The Dog Dental Powder is an oral-care supplement for dogs served on food; it is not a medicine or a veterinary treatment, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It does not remove hardened tartar and is not a substitute for veterinary dental examinations or professional cleanings.

14.4 The User must always review the product instructions included with each Product before use.

14.5 The Company is not liable for any injury to animals, accidents, or any side effect that may result from improper use of the Products.

14.6 The Company does not warrant that the Products will:

•Perform or have an identical effect on every dog or breed.

•Produce a specific result or last for a defined period of time.

•Serve as a substitute for professional dog training or veterinary advice.

14.7 In the event of any unusual reaction after use of a Product, the User should immediately discontinue use and consult a veterinarian.

14.8 In any case of contradiction between information appearing on the Site and information appearing on the Product packaging or included instructions, the information on the packaging or instructions shall prevail.

14.9 Except as provided in clauses 13.12 and 14.10, and subject to mandatory applicable law (including EU/EEA/UK consumer protection law, which cannot be excluded or limited by contract), the Company shall bear no liability for any harm and/or damage resulting from use of the Products, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, or any other damage resulting from use of the Product. Nothing in this clause limits liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14.10 Harness – 90-Day Limited Warranty (Replacement Only). In addition to the rights in clause 13 and any rights under applicable law, the following limited warranty applies to the PAWLY LABS CO. no-pull harness only and does not apply to leashes, collars or any other Product.

14.10.1 Coverage. The Company warrants to the original purchaser that the harness will not tear under reasonable use for 90 days from the delivery date shown in the carrier’s tracking information or, if that information is unavailable, in the Company’s delivery records.

14.10.2 Remedy. If the harness tears during the warranty period, the Company will replace the Product with the same item or, if it is unavailable, a comparable item, free of charge, including shipping of the replacement. This warranty does not provide refunds; however, if the Company is unable to provide a replacement, it will refund the price paid for the torn harness.

14.10.3 Exclusions. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by chewing, biting or scratching, misuse, use of an incorrect size, alteration, accidents, or Products purchased from anyone other than the Company or its authorized sellers.

14.10.4 How to claim. Email info@betterdoglife.com within the warranty period with the order number, a description of the damage and photos. The Company may ask the User to return the torn harness, in which case the Company will pay the return shipping.

14.10.5 Implied warranties and state law. Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty, to the extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to the User. This warranty gives the User specific legal rights, and the User may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

15. Product Instructions for Use

15.1 It is recommended that every User measure their dog carefully and consult the size guide on the Site before selecting a Product size. Choosing an incorrect size may reduce the effectiveness of the harness and/or cause discomfort to the animal.

15.2 Products should not be used on injured, wounded, or unhealthy animals without consulting a veterinarian first.

15.3 Products are not recommended for use on dogs with a history of skin conditions, injuries, or unusual sensitivities without prior veterinary consultation.

15.4 In the event of visible discomfort, unusual behavior, or any concerning reaction during or after use of the Product, discontinue use immediately and consult a veterinarian. If the dog shows signs of a severe reaction, such as facial swelling, difficulty breathing, repeated vomiting or collapse, seek emergency veterinary care.

15.5 Dog Dental Powder – serving. Serve once daily on wet or dry food, in the amount shown on the label and on the Site for the dog’s weight (½ scoop for 8–20 lb, 1 scoop for 21–40 lb, 2 scoops for 41–80 lb, 3 scoops over 80 lb). Do not exceed the recommended amount. If the Site and the label ever differ, follow the label. If the dog eats more than the recommended amount, for example by getting into the jar, contact a veterinarian or an animal poison control service.

15.6 Dog Dental Powder – consult a veterinarian first. For use in dogs only. Not for human consumption. The powder contains seaweed, a natural source of iodine. Consult a veterinarian before use if the dog has a thyroid condition or takes thyroid medication, weighs under 8 lb, is pregnant or nursing, has a known food allergy, or is under veterinary care or taking medication. The Dog Dental Powder is not a substitute for regular veterinary dental checkups or professional dental care.

15.7 Dog Dental Powder – storage. Keep the lid closed, store in a cool and dry place, and keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use after the expiry date shown on the jar.
