I rated this low because my name patch was not included.
The D ring for the chest won’t stay in place. Works on my small dog, but on the larger dog, she keeps ripping it out of place. Harnesses are great for traveling!
I’ve barely used the harness and it’s already frayed. I thought it was going to be more durable than his previous.

Your customer service is very poor. They don’t follow up.what a rip off.sizes don’t run tire to the add. Trying to exchange for a smaller size. And hear nothing back after 10 emails from me.made in china also!
Have not used it yet because the plastic clip is way too hard for me to open and I haven’t been able to attach the bottom pull loop.
These two harnesses I got with the dog names on them are awesome.They look fantastic.And they work very well!
Waited nearly 3 weeks for the product to come from overseas where it is clearly cheaply made. It’s rough and thin, the type of quality you’d get from the dollar store, yet I paid around $60. My dog has never pulled as hard as he did with this harness on.
My cousin says she likes the harness but there is still some pulling . I have not taken Koko for a walk yet but when I do will let you know Thank you Jim
My dog was able to eat/chew the harness up as well as the tear the Velcro patches with his name and my phone number. I wrote immediately when this happened and they said unfortunately that it is some protected against the chewing. When she advised me that there was nothing that could be done, II just threw it away. It was in unwearable shape for him.. He’s a super tour so I just talked this up to experience although I was surprised that he could get to some of the areas that he chewed because the harness fits so well..
I have two fur babies and having the name on which one is fitted for them is great!

Disappointed in the overall harness, it’s basically just stitched together wide velcro, no padding, questionable durability.
