I bought an xl and it is to big. I got a large and it is To small I have to send it to be fixed And the clip for the front it is on velcro.? Not attach at all to the harness. Got loose in a second. Very dangerous. It is a shame. You are stilling money from customers.

I have not had this yet for a month. But I guess they start the warranty from the date you ordered it. It was about seven days once I ordered to be shipped in another seven days for me to receive it. What happened was my dog is a capo which way 22 pounds. He pulled so hard and the clip broke. I guess if the dogs over 20 pounds I would not buy it or get a leash.
I like the concept. The medium is too big for my cockers and I did measure! That means I either return or shorten the strap. The buckle is very difficult to open. I hope it will be easier with use.
I have sent several emails requesting a refund and I am still waiting for a response back. I have emailed directly with Emma and also with a customer service representative. Easy to put on, good to handle, pretty color!
I like the harness easy on-easy off. I have had trouble with the center no-pull ring staying in place as it tends to pull loose from the Velcro when I pull on the leash.
Love this leash. It’s very soft and comfortable when walking our dog and if he does start to pull it brings him back towards us in conjunction with the harness.
Easy to hold and use. Substantial grip. Perfect length!
The leash shown in the videos has a stretchy section which causes the dog to jerk back when he pulls hard. The leash I received does not have that feature. It’s pretty much like any other leash I own except it has a padded handle.
The leash is too heavy for a 17lb dog. Should be scaled down. Not one size fits all.
Self install ring with Velcro is crappy. I thru both of them out.

The tracking was updated regularly and it arrived by the estimated date of delivery .. I have a huge dog and I needed a grith extension to get it around him .. I contacted you and found out you didn't offer one .. I did however find one that fit and the extra 5 inches were just what I need. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.
